Who really benefits from this? Just DL? Do LB or OL need this? or a SS?

lb and OL need it. depends on the persons view on it cb and wr can need it but those two differ from each persons opinion

About level 15-20, the 2nd time your CB gets burned by a 1st step WR, you'll put about 30-35 snap reaction on, but it's not needed until then imho. I would add it to WR or receiving TE's because the best way to avoid sacks or hurries is to get your receivers on their routes asap. The sooner they get to their cuts, the better throws you will have.

LZ Boys have high Snap Reaction (high 60s in Sophmore) even as an all Pass Blocking unit.
Here's the first play against Ground Assault who's running a 5-2 with 3 S* DT (normally, only 2 on this play) on their DLine: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/122427/1043804
On tick 9.5, 4 of the 5 LZ Boys OLine are standing and no DLine are.
On tick 10, all 5 OLine are up whereas only 1 DLineman is. ROT is already flaring out to control the LDE.
So yes, it's very helpful.
