I make up for lack of conversation with winning every 3rd game or so.

So true Rom, I post a lot in Glasgow's forum, sometimes I feel like I'm talking to myself but I don't care. Having an active team forum starts with the team owner, you gotta put some effort into it.

I have a running team...

It all depends on who you have in your message board. I've been on teams where the owner posts a lot but no one responds, I've seen player driven conversation, and of course the best kind- lots of convo between everyone.

Only so much you can do when even "selling the team" posts only get two people to respond.

too busy coordinating to try to win games instead of posting a ton of stuff to the message board! Owners don't have to do everything
