If you have Seasoned and Journey players can you get contract offers from CPU Development Leagues? I placed ADs in Marketplace but that could take a while. Would like to sign players soon. Thanks for any info on this. HT.

On your player's profile, go to the 'Offers' tab. Click 'request offers' and you'll get some CPU offers.

If you can't get any work, it also isn't a bad idea to "sit out" a season (since you've got plenty of players). Your career is based on games played, so if you sit back, you can pick back up when that build is a better fit for a team.
