Does that number include Track Star VA ? In other words, how much natural speed before equipment and VAs ? 108 ? 112 ?

Just curious because I have a 170 speed WR, including EQ and VA (107 raw).

I have 113 natural speed + 58 in equipment for 171 speed. I also have the Track Star VA, so he has a functional speed of 176.
