The Dub doesn't do scouting for other people. Any OC or DC worth his salt does not want scouts. Having someone else scout for you just messes things up.

Good scouts who can provide replays, situations and understand what the O and D are doing, and can show what plays will work with what personnel can be quite a time-saver for an OC or DC, but if the scout is that good they may as well just be the OC or DC.

I don't think about it as a guy to take a load off the OC or DC, I think of it as another set of eyes, a 'varying opinion' if you will.

There's no such thing as too many good people imo
