I personally raise conditioning to at least 30 asap on all my rookie players, no matter the position. Before soph, I raise it at least another 10 points. It is important to note, that some positions require a high toughness as well. For my OL I usually go 1:1 on conditioning and toughness for example.

I personally raise conditioning to at least 30 asap on all my rookie players, no matter the position. Before soph, I raise it at least another 10 points. It is important to note, that some positions require a high toughness as well. For my OL I usually go 1:1 on conditioning and toughness for example.

You should be able to tell by watching your games and looking at the bars at the end of the first half and end of the game.
Are you running out of energy or morale? Are you suffering pancakes? etc.
It's a complex answer, but Evil Sports Agent is correct that 30 helps a lot and 40 in Soph is probably a minimum as well.

i have a DE in seasoned with 60. he plays most snaps and leads the tier for sacks with a d-linemen
either way conditioning is way important i already had all my defensive agents boost it to at least 30.
