In a defensive battle the Manhandlers came out on top, thanks to a FG set up from a turnover…nothing will surprise me from now on in Alpha…well from the "bottom" 3 in Alpha anyway.

Actual: Sniffer Dogs…easily
NYC and Uncle Rico destroyed the PC's, the Sniffers had the ball for nearly 3/4's of the game and the scoreline showed it, 38-7 probably flattered the PC's
South Aussie Vs Ember City
Prediction: Elephants by 14
Actual: Elephants 34-6!! GG Elephants
The elephants had a 75% completion % and had the ball for 40+ minutes…the convicts didn’t stand a chace. Beta is the Division from hell this season. Although it will take some mistakes from Loki and the Romans for them to miss out on top spot…but anything is possible yet, there is still a lot of "football" to play!

Actual: Romans by 3…and the Hookers missed a FG on the final play of the game!!
At half time the Romans were 13-3 to the good and looking as though they were cruising, even more so when the extended the lead in the 3rd to 20-6…enter the 4th and the Hookers seemed to wake up…maybe they had been working hard the night before!?
On the opening drive of the 4th Gaius marched the Hookers down field 59 yards, going 8-3 before the Hookers got stuck at the Romans 4 yard line and had to settle for a FG making it 20-9 with 9:40 to play. The roman managed nothing on their next drive and gave Gaius the ball back on his own 20 with 7:28 left…he goes 11-2 in 5ish minutes plus a 2 point conversion to make it 20-17 with 2:13 left. The Romans go 3 & out giving the Hookers 1:05 to score at least 3 points and take it into OT, starting the drive at their own 40. In 5 plays the Hookers march 39 yards to the Romans 21, so they need a 39yarder to take it into OT with 1 second left on the clock….and he misses it…hopefully the title race in Beta goes down to the wire like this game did!

Prediction: Chevy's Chasers without breaking a sweat
Actual: Chasrer 41 - CPU team 0
Chevy's Chasers managed to slaughter CPU team and get them selves some stat whoring, including a punt return TD, meaning not only has QB Cleveland knocked Gaius off the top spot in the O MVP race, SPEEDY has knocked Drunken Pastor off top spot in the ST MVP rankings as well…damn you Chevy…damn you too hell and back!
San Deigo Vs ENMU
Prediction: ENMU Stick it up the Authors
Actual: The authors will be walking gingerly for a while after this one, ENMU 28-19…closer than I expected!
If it wasn’t for a horrible 3rd Q, were they conceded 14 and scored 0, the Authors would have taken ENMU down to the wire, as it was the Puppies ran out 28-19 winners against a team which could cause some upsets this season…if they game plan correctly and don’t lose to CPU teams!!!!!
5-1 for the week and a much better performance than the previous weeks, taking me to 12-5-1 for the season which is much more like it…Week 4 throws up a few good match ups and should be a good week, good luck to all in the ladder, week 4 preview will likely be done tomorrow at some point!
