Do free players get free skill boosts each season? not career boost but skill boosts

Free SP boosts, free AP boosts but career boosts cost flex.

50 Flex Tier: 75 per boost*12=900 + 150 per career boost*4=600 + 250 per AP boost*3=750=50+900+600+750=2300 (900 to boost)
100 Flex Tier: 100 per boost*12=1200 + 600 + 750 = 2650 (1200 to boost)
150 Flex Tier: 125 per boost*12=1500 + 600 + 750 = 3000 (1500 to boost)

You get some flex back after retiring your guy. So you have to put that in your calculation as well. But I dont know, how much you get back, so I cant include it here.

"When you retire your player, you will get back between 30% and 100% of the flex points spent on the player, depending on how long you have controlled him. A player retired before he has reached rookie level 1 will receive a 100% refund, with the refund reducing by 17.5% per level, down to 30% after reaching level 4. Any player who has not played a single game (other than pickup games) will receive a 100% refund, including superstar points."

Well you get 30% back minimum.
