The west has 9 human teams with a full roster fighting for 8 playoff spots. Here are my pre-season rankings as to where I expect them to finish the regular season...
#1 - Crib Midgets - I expect another good season from them and should take one of the top seeds.
#2 - 99 Problems - did just enough to get into the playoffs, then boosted and turned things on. If they go full out this season, I see them in one of the top seeds, but might just do what they did last season, dunno.
#3 - Chicago 85' Bears - was able to capture the #3 seed last season even with an offense that stopped applying SP's after level 7, so with a full offense this should go no lower than a #3 seed.
#4 - Royal Cocks - RC is back and has already fully boosted, so they mean business. The question is how hard they try, but if they do, I see a 4th seed as a min, maybe even one of the top seeds.
#5 - Myrtle Beach Surf Riders - a good team that gets better each season. Is this the season they start to beat some of the top tier PWG teams and make a name for themselves? Only time will tell.
#6 - All Pro Falcons - APF can compete against any team when fully boosted, but their recent history of only 1x boosting will keep them at a disadvantage. If they do go full boost, that puts them at or near a top seed.
#7 - Corrupted Mayors - a long time PWG team that is good enough to make the playoffs each season, but tends to falter against the top teams. While they can prove me wrong, I just don't see it happening this season, so expect more of the same.
#8 - Iridescent Ditch Fish - this is Birdman's team, but unsure how well he will do as I have not really kept up with his PWG career. I see this team doing no worse than the 8th seed, but could be much better.
#9 - Death Valley Dragons - txryan17 is a joke of an owner and has no real skills in PWG. His builds are lack luster and his AI's are a joke. This team will beat CPU teams just because it's a human team with a full roster, but this team wont be a challenge to any of the above teams.
