Center's don't have pull specialist or wide load. This leaves them with two fewer options than other offensive linemen. How about something focused on the snap itself? Maybe something like:

Ability type: Active
Powered by: Snap Reaction
Activation conditions: Snapping the football.
Activation chance: 20%/40%/60%
Duration: 1 second (?)
While Active: Entire offense gets +3/+7/+15 Snap Reaction. Snap automatically passes "fumbled snap" check.

I like it if it didn't feel too late for more SA's.

I would like to see more variety offered though, VA's from GLB1 actually feel like a better system than what we got here because there was actually some choice/variety when you had access to the entire list (it also seemed designed to better accomodate that). The position-locked SA system ends up with only a handful of options and then only 1 or 2 are usually generic or effective enough to warrant investment (since they are so exponentially expensive).

Or, maybe do the opposite of buffing the offense. Call it "Silent Snap", and give the entire defense a -3/-7/-15 Snap Reaction debuff

Hell, add both. then people can pick if they want a team-wide buffing/debuffing center, or a guy that takes more blocking SAs

Yup I love the idea. We should definitely have to have wayyy more SAs to choose. It's no longer a 'signature' if every player about has the same abilities. For kicker there is literally only three working SAs, so no variation there. DTs/DEs about the same. CBs too. LBs it depends on their assigned roles but once their role is set, there is no variation either. Passing blockers and run blockers the same. Need I say more?

I like it. As for Laggo's point, if you offer a SA-only free respec to all players who can take the new SA, adding shouldn't be a problem.

Or it is just Beta and so long as the new SAs aren't OP, it isn't a big deal that some won't have them in the first couple of gens.

Or a SA called Signal Caller that increases the pass & run block awareness and morale of the line for the entire play by +3/bronze 10%, +5/silver 15%, +8/gold 20%

I don't see this happening because it would become a "must have" choice for most QBs.

it depends. it might be a not-so-bad third SA, but I really like pump fake and if not then clock manager. Not OP imo.

I was thinking of it being for centers only to go along with the OPs
