I somebody volunteers to swap, I will move them. We do try and spread the required # of CPUs around best as possible, but the other two divisions just happened to stay 100% in tact; we also try and keep those divisional rivalries going as best we can by keeping the divisions together.
Should this happen, a team in the league can contact support to move into one of the CPU spots.
