2. I think we should vote for who should be in the All-star game.

I dont think thats a good suggestion in general. You have to explain your suggestion in depth a bit more (Who votes?, Who is eligible top get voted? etc.).

There are definite logistical issues with this.

a) who votes?
b) when are votes allowed?
c) how do you ensure votes are legit?

As Evil Sports Agent said, the best suggestion are more than "I think we should have this." The best suggestions are more like, "I think we should have this and this is how I propose it be implemented."
