i am gonna make a LB. it will be a super star i am making a 3-4 playbook together for my team soph going on season. i would like to find a rookie team willing to let me GM or Asstant GM and run of the D. i want to have player control if possible so i can get and make sure i am getting the best players who fit my defensive scheme. and i can take care of any inactives on the d. in other words what i would like to do for a rookie team

run 3-4 scheme heavy blitz attack.
be able to make sure i am getting the best possible agents and players to fit the D
Bring a Super star LB and maybe a S and De i don't have extra flex to throw around but i have pretty good defenses. it should be fun.

I will let you make any call on the types of players everyone is building and even change some position counts if you see the need. We probably have too many DEs for a 3-4.

An LB and the SS spot would be yours...could switch a DE to an LB
