3(3) Yorickshire Vase Breakers 37(0)
4(5) Glasgow Rangers 38(+1)

10(9) Louisiana Screaming Pelicans 60(-3)
8(11) Atlantic City Hookers 60(-5)
12(14) Berkeley Bowlers 67(0)
13(n/a) Sacramento Hornets 68(n/a)
14(n/a) Beastown Beasts 69(n/a)
15(13) Savannah Stingers 70(-1)

Biggest Gain: Air Raid =5
Biggest Drop: Hookers -5

Thoughts:

Hawaii gets another top 10 team this week, Harrisonburg wants a loss so ill give them one, Air Raid vs Andes round 4, fight! Doesnt matter much what lost lounge does since Xav is folding them, Hookers mid nose dive its ugly, more lower end ladder maddness. Overall pretty crazy week ladder wise after a stale one last week.

#1 The Salty Runback vs #17(pro) Warsaw Wrath

Salty has a chance to extend its lead for first as Hawaii gets another top 10 pro team. Will Salty eventually get the brutal schedule Hawaii is getting or will they keep getting borderline teams? Warsaw is a decent team but Salty has dealt with more difficult teams and I expect them to win

28-20 Salty

#2 Hawaii Bulls vs #6(pro) Providence Murderous Radicals

Hawaii got revenge last week and got a much needed win to keep Salty in its sights. Unfortunately they get a brutal game against Providence. Hawaii is a great team dont get me wrong but I dont think they have the points to keep up with Providence.

40-30 Providence

#3 Yorick's Darkside Vase Breakers vs #23(pro)Ministry of Dotball

Vase Breakers lost a close game to legacy and now they get a dotball team that hasnt lost to this tier yet and I dont expect them to now

30-20 Dotball

#4 Glasgow Rangers vs #23(pro) Rocky Mountain Reapers

Glasgow has looked much better recently but they get a stiff challenge in the Reapers. I dont think the Rangers have enough in the tank to take this one though.

30-28 Reapers

#5 Harrisonburg Bulldogs vs #47(pro) Chicago Monsters of Midway

Thiss is a very easy game for Hburg but Im suppose to pick them to lose in a clear win situation. Oh well

39-30 Midway

#6 Air Raid vs #8 Andes Chinchillas

Match up of the week in my opnion these two have played nothing but nail bitters and I expect much of the same here. I feel like Air Raid's offense is just bit more ahead of Andes's offense right now and Defensively I have seen this game swing from the 20s range to the 50-60 range so it will be fun to watch

28-27 Air Raid

#7 Lost Lounge vs #33(pro) Dookie Island

Lost Lounge is fold so their matchups really dont matter

38-30 Los Lounge

#9 Cobra Kai vs #50(pro) Minnesota Bad Axes

Cobra should win this easy game before they face Glasgow in the playoffs

38-30 Cobra

#10 Louisiana Screaming Pelicans vs #53(pro) Sunnyvale Samsquanches

Sunny beat Andies pretty handily I think the pelicans will have a hard time here

30-24 Sunny

I'll be honest, we won't beat the Reapers.

Harry's tackling better be up to snuff. Chicago's not the best pro team we've lost to thus season, but thier backs were pretty nasty.

Oh, and the low score prediction for AR v Andes makes me sad

this... we struggle against good RBs, as most good teams know

not a preferable matchup...if I'm gonna play someone 15 ranks below me, I'd prefer a passing team

my observation is that against a balanced or run heavy pro team we are usually looking at a coin flip at best - so many plays where 1 or two blown tackles lead to tragedy it's hard to contain them

heck we've given up two punt returns for TDs in a quarter (i think the only ones we have given up all year?) and lost games

looking ahead, Darkside should finish the season at #3, as they have an easier championship game... Glasgow and HBurg get Salty/Hawaii in our League Championship games (assuming we make it there).

Really wish we had more chances to play people in-level, as the ladder matchup logic-changing was a little overkill this season. Hard to truely tell who the best out of Glasgow/HBurg/Vase.
