The Regular season is finally now coming to a conclusion after 14 grueling weeks of jammed pack action.
I want to say thanks to everyone in this forum who endured my craziness and remained a good sport through it all.
Big Congrats to our Play-off teams as this is not an accomplishment that should be taken lightly.
It's been both an honor and a privilege to write for your teams- good or bad
Pittsburgh Titans vs Pawnee Goddesses
Pawnee was embarrassed last week by the Challengers: and they highlighted that any team who can run the football has a chance to beat the Goddesses. Lucky for them, the Titans are absent in that regard.
The Goddesses are a superior team and will look to take advantage of this grace period before the play-offs.
Live Oak Eagles vs LaPaz Challengers
I thought this would be their division but the Challengers have no business being in the playoffs with a terrible defense and an offense that isn't going to get anywhere, as QB Peter Venkman invents new ways to let fans down. However, they showed us all that they have plenty of fight left in them: Hands down the play of the season http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/80065/2648732
If LaPaz ever decides to tuck their dick in between their legs and fold; Kevin Chester will become the most sought after free Agent in the league.
Somewhat surprisingly, neither team has given up. That said, LaPaz is probably fighting a little harder right now. Let's give Kevin Chester and co. a win in a close one, although meaningless season games are tough to predict.
Eastern European Alliance vs Miami Fusion
Eastern’s defense, once a calling card for the team, has been burned through the air all season.
Otega's offense against anything Miami is all that's needed here—even if all the talk is about Johnny Football, Johnny Football and more Johnny Football.
while the Fusion have one last disappointment left under them. Both teams will be ready for this tumultuous season to be over.
A gift-wrapped game for the Alliance because Miami have a hard on for going 0-14.
LUELinks LUEshis vs Minnesota Stunners
The Stunners are once again peaking at that perfect moment. I like LUEshis, but no way Minnesota slip up in this game.
If QB im a virgin can get their passing game going against the stingy Stunners pass defense, it’ll be a small miracle.
I have a gut feeling, both teams will be holding back and not trying to tip their hands.
An efficient day from Jimbo Jumpback should be enough to pick up the win in Part 1 of this sequel.
Winnipeg Wrath vs Gangsta Wit it'
Gangsta Wit it' might be out of gas, and they're in the wrong place at the wrong time after already sinking 4 straight games. The wheels have seemingly fallen off their offense, while the defense is struggling on third downs, in the red zone and in the fourth quarter. The off-season may prove to be the only band aid, that can patch this team back to glory.
The Wrath were never really good this season, but at least at 5-8, Winnipeg’s offense was somewhat formidable. glwarriors have saved face with a couple of late-season wins, only to announce that this will be their last game in this league. Your team will truly be miss.
This could be glwarriors's swan song, and he'll want to exit Adam on a high note.
1995 Nebraska Cornhuskers vs Rare Breed Rookies
Shootouts. That’s going to be the name of the game when the Cornhuskers play from here on out. Scoring more than 30 points will be a necessity against any and every opponent the Cornhuskers will face in the playoffs.
Blake Bortles will put on a show to keep his bid for "All Adams" team alive, but it won't be enough to bridge the enormous talent gap between these two teams. It has mostly to do with HB Damen Benning flat-lining anyone who stands in his way between the pigskin and the goal post.
vipermaw82 is undefeated at home, and there's no reason to think that will change.
