Just bought a rookie team, would like to find the right defensive coordinator
1 - want a very conservative, zone oriented DC, I love exotic blitzes and press coverage, but I want to stop the run and play zone. Sorry, but that's why I want
2 - I don't really want someone who DCs 45 teams and just uploads the same AI, maybe pops in to the threads every other season, if you want to focus on my team, maybe a couple of others, that would be awesome
3 - Don't care about winning this season, so if you want to learn and need some on the job training, that would be great
4 - no douche bags please. I get it, you are the world's foremost authority on defense in GLB, but do you have to be a jerk about it? Maybe a nice, friendly normal person would want to be DC, that would great
5 - if you could build a player or 2, that would be great also
If no one matches those criteria, I'll DC it myself, so it's cool
