I ran nothing but coverage plays against an all passing team that i've beaten before and they put up 600 yards. Is glb programmers opinions on defense that you can't cover a passing attack all game successfully?

Builds matter. Dropping back 8 guys to cover that don't have the ability to contest passes is only going to accomplish so much.

My guys have good enough stats to defend the pass. Do you think i'm going to post without any reasonable experience behind it?

I just want to be able to stop the pass without having to blitz. It should be possible.

It's possible, but like Galithor said, builds matter. I hardly ever blitz with Run GLB, and we shut down the pass pretty damn well.

share some builds. Folks can offer ideas. Not every ""coverage" type play is created equal either.

if you're holding a team in the 6.0-6.5 YPA area, you're doing pretty good. If you're holding them below 6 YPA, you're doing fantastic.

If you guys say it's possible then that's good enough for me. I just want to know it is because if it's some pass dominated arena league sim then i need to jump ship before my head explodes.

Thanks

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/game/93831 it's about builds and being able to understand how to use them properly when building a gameplan and there's always the best way which is to keep them from having the ball.
