Since we spend so much time with this game, I thought it would be cool to have a thread like this if there isn't one already (mods feel free to move or sticky this as needed). Just tell us whatever you want about yourself.

It would be nice to know a little about the guys I talk to all the time on here.

I'm Doug, 30... single and no kids (that I'm aware of). I live in downtown San Diego, CA, walking distance from Padres' Petco Park. I moved from Virginia 4 years ago... a civil engineer with a small subcontracting company, and a sports addict... I watch just about every sport (go Detroit Tigers/Lions/Red Wings, College - JMU Dukes) and play beach volleyball and basketball competitively. On weekends I sleep in, play video games (PS4 - currently Madden 15 and FIFA 14), drink, and tend to make bad decisions.

I have an M.D. from Harvard, I am board certified in cardio-thoracic medicine and trauma surgery, I have been awarded citations from seven different medical boards in New England, and I am never, ever sick at sea. So I ask you; when someone goes into that chapel and they fall on their knees and they pray to God that their wife doesn't miscarry or that their daughter doesn't bleed to death or that their mother doesn't suffer acute neural trama from postoperative shock, who do you think they're praying to? Now, go ahead and read your Bible, TDiddy, and you go to your church, and, with any luck, you might win the annual raffle, but if you're looking for God, he was in operating room number two on November 17, and he doesn't like to be second guessed. You ask me if I have a God complex. Let me tell you something: I am God.

I'll Play Along...

My name is John, I live in Rhode Island, I am a teacher in an urban school district so my job is never boring. I have a 4 month old son who keeps us busy at home. I am a die hard Dolphins fan since 84, and I cry a lot over that. My personal obsessions are going to the gym and my lawn.

Sounds fun...

I'm Jack, I live in the suburbs of Chicago. Huge Bears and Cubs fan as well as a big movie watcher? Dunno what to call it other than I love movies. Anyways, I'm currently a Junior in high school looking to go to college to study something in tech. And I am a wide receiver on our varsity team. (Which won state last year!) but anyways thats me. Oh and I also like turtles.

Eric, Live in Longview, TX area. I'm a control systems technician at a specialty chemicals process plant. I've got a wife and 4 kids, 9,3, and twin 1 year olds. Alumni and football season ticket holder for TCU. Used to have 2 tickets to the Dallas Cowboys, but sold the seat license last year when the twins were born. Got pretty obvious that I wasn't going to make many Cowboy games anymore.

I'm Paul.

Married, mid 40s, three girls: out of college, in college, senior in high school.

If I told you even one thing about my life, you wouldn't believe me and I'd come across as a bigger jerk than Xav.

So...

I like to play games. That's about it.

Which specialty chemicals company? Momentive? One of my clients is Michelman http://www.michelman.com/ . If you hit up any of the trade shows (American Coatings Show, ldo) you probably experienced some of my work in some way, lol.
