As a team we've had a fairly successful run with two league titles in the last three seasons and have been a consistent top 10 team now for a while. Most of our roster turnover is from the occasional inactive agent and that is why we are looking for TE and LB right now.
The TE needs to be a balanced build since we run a balanced offense, he'll be asked to make a lot of blocks in the outside running game and will also see about 100 targets a season in the passing game. I'm looking for at least 30s but 40+ is better in all the run blocking skills including lead block awareness (no points needed in the pass blocking skills). When it comes to the receiving skills, I'm looking for solid rec. hands and catch-in-taffic mainly. Also, with regards to his physicals, he doesn't need to be super fast but he needs to be able to get to blocks and be tough enough to survive the beating he'll take making the blocks.
The LB we are replacing is a pass rusher and I would be happy to replace him with another pass rusher. I would also be open to replacing him with a coverage style LB. Overall, I want the LB to be fairly fast and quick with solid pass rushing or coverage skills depending on how you've built him.
