Nearly a veteran now, has only been on a human team for one of those seasons.
I post ads and threads with a player link but I never even get an offer or PM. Does anyone have any insight into why this LB is seemingly unhireable?

Did u sign him just cause I was whining, or is the build actually passable?
I really do want to learn if something is wrong with my LB or not.

Well his build is better than the CPU I had.

He might be too much run oriented and a liability in the passing game. But I don't know.

Situational ILB. I'd suggest getting his break block and toughness up and slotting him into LOLB or ILB depending on the play suggestions.

I actually like his build. Dunno why you never got offers. Did you look for teams in the offseason?

I'm surprised he isn't forcing more fumbles - interesting build. I don't see anything wrong.

I dunno besides being about 6-10 sprinting slower than most Rusty's LB's its pretty similar and I would say we compete with the elite pretty well.

Though not that I don't wish I had a better set up on Rusty or anything but builds like this aren't why teams are having troubles competing.
