Games of the week:

Bonn Dynamo VS Steel City
Overview:

Bonn has put together a pretty nice win streak that includes two wins over two of alpha's best. They will need to be at their best if their streak is to continue. Steel City is no slouch, and also has strung together some tough wins. This will be a battle at the line of scrimmage. Both teams boast a relentless rushing attack, and whoever gets the chains moving early should take the W.

Prediction:

Both teams are pretty much equal in regard to defense and player talent. The determining factor will be depth. Bonn has more of it, and that's why they will pull out the win.

Bonn by 10

Eurotrash VS Toulouse Aviators
Overview:

Toulouse has become the team no one wants to play. The Aviators have beaten some of Alpha's best, and when they lost, it was by a very close margin. Overall, I think the Aviators have the better up front talent, and their depth isn't that bad at all. Eurotrash will be counting on one thing in order to win, their defense. Usually out matched by the top teams, Euro's defense always seems to find away to shut teams down. They will need this to happen in order to have any chance of keeping their perfect streak alive.

Prediction:

I have seen Euro's defense dismantle 6 out of the 7 best teams in alpha, and I don't see Toulouse fairing any different. The question is can Eurotrash get its offense in gear against a formidable Toulouse defense. If yes, Eurotrash should be able to walk away with this one. If no, the game will come down to a FG contest. I see Eurotrash having a brief scare, but holding off the Aviators for the win.

Manchester VS West Country
Overview:

-Manchester has been on a tear after their hard fought loss to Bonn Dynamo. The Mob needs this win to prove that they are still in the championship mix. West Country is coming off of a beating given by Bonn Dynamo as well. West Country needs this one in order to keep their status as one of alpha's best.

Prediction:
-Both teams are very tough, but the Mob should have this one in the bag. Manchester is too talented, and West Country's morale is low.

I like your prediction about our team (Toulouse). It would be great not to loose but your prediction of a score difference of three points means we will have a chance to take a W till the end. That's the way we want to run that game. Eurotrash is too strong to control them, we have to try to control the clock and the score and keep the score close to have a chance till the end.

Same opinion except for London Vs Birmingham. I don't really know

This will be a very tough game for the Mob but if we do what we're capable of doing then we should win this game.

Agree, Bonn's score vs WCW is deceiving, we had a 6-3 turnover advantage. I think we still would have won without the turnovers, but it certainly cut off at the head any comeback attempts. If we had 3-6 TO ratio we may have or probably would have lost.

Yeah, they also held Eurotrash to only 15 points (no touchdowns) which is quite impressive.

Son, I will say whatever I want. Don't try to come at me all hard. You just pissed cuz you want off and don't have enough powers to do so. And for you, I always check the settings 40 minutes before gametime to make sure someone did not screw with them! So before you go off ranting about how you think I am dumb, shut your face. I am removing all your powers including viewing the board!

I think what happened was Live Oak came into this league thinking they could dominate and finish top 2 at least. Then they realized how tough this league was and now we see tempers boiling over.
