When my guy starts getting closer to the enemy team he gets a bit confused as to which way to go. Is this due to to too much return awareness? The elusive setting?

They are pretty much all like this. It seems like his return awareness is a bit high compared to other stats because I thought that was the problem so I just bumped it wayyyy up but that didn't help at all.
