How does one go about this? I'm on a team where my RB is playing QB. There is no owner,GM, etc. Need help bad. My player is suffering.

When your team is CPU controlled, you can sign to another team any time. It is a very good idea to look in the Teams Looking for Players forum to find a team starting up and build a few players for them. Then you have a home for them for their career.

Same as CPU, you can sign a contract with another team as long as the owner is inactive. That's what sucks about going inactive (7 days), you can lose your team in no time...lots of ways to lose your team in GLB2 land.
