This game always is a 1 score game and Tampa has always edged away victors. I will continue thinking this will be the pattern even this season. I really feel for the Allstars, almost has the big bro vs lil bro feel about it. Just can never get the edge on them.
Sacramento B-Squad vs Helmand Provincial Pathan Pansies
Helmand is still reeling from chemistry issues. I expect fighting, bickering, hell I think this might turn out like the Germany / Brazil matchup where Helmand just gives up and lets Sacramento score at will.
Rocky Mountain Reapers vs Detroit Foreclosures
This should be a good game! Reapers lost a close one to Alpine so they clearly show they have the firepower, but Detroits strength is their pass rush and pass defense. I think this time Detroit gets beat by the pass, but barely.
Ministry of Dotball vs Alpine
Ministry and Alpine have a history, but haven't really been in Ministry's favor. They will need this win to prevent an 0-2 start, so expect them to come out strong. Alpine will keep things tough on them and I would expect another shootout for Alpine, but they will fall short this time around.
Nashville Ninjas vs Osprey Orphans
This might be the one of the few times I will favor the Orphans this season. They looked very strong against the Hustlers by taking them to overtime in dramatic fashion and had the chance to close the game out, but just couldn't convert. That showing gave the coaches on the Orpahns so hope, which should roll over into this game giving them a league win!
American Hustlers vs Dookie Island
Hustlers didn't look all that strong against the Orphans and this is all based on the Orphans performance last season. It's hard to give any true indications on how strong the Hustlers looked considering this. I would expect that Dookie will control this game and keep the Hustlers playing from behind.
