Just kinda wondering why I can't find a team for my Seasoned RB who did very well last season? Are there that few teams in the Seasoned division, don't seem like many teams out there.

If every seasoned team in existence needed 5 new players (they don't) there would be 300 available spots in the Seasoned tier. Nevermind positional requirements which if you split evenly, which also doesn't happen, comes out to 18 spots a position.
18 roster spots per position for the entire tier while we ignore every single marketplace player, ignore every single package or multiple player thread, ignore the fact that in a significant chunk of cases adding a player is displacing someone who needs to be placed elsewhere, and to be as unrealistically generous as possible with team needs...
In other words
1) Learn to be an offensive coordinator and find a seasoned team where you can then fire their HB
2) Join a CPU team
3) Have 1 out of 1000 luck
Godspeed

Journeymen to Sophomore is a wasteland for people trying to place players.

After looking around since the playoffs, I decided that my journeyman HB and pro FS are both taking this season off. Not retiring...just not playing. The job market is pretty thin at some positions in the mid levels these days. Too many teams fold, but the players don't retire...making the market totally favor teams. If I ran a team at those levels, I'd have some fun looking at available players and make a few upgrades.

Like I said, there needs to either be more incentives to not reset your team / a way that reset teams can be claimed instead of automatically moved down / a cpu league is created in the later tiers every season and people can claim those teams.
Something to avoid:

I don't really see it as a problem. Granted... I'm on the better side of this issue.

In what places are my caps low? Yes, it is Han Solo. Had a deadbeat owner that placed him on Special teams and ran him up the middle 90% of the time. The team was pretty terrible, yet he still managed to do ok.

Seems like a liability for his tier. No fakes or tackle breaking skills, low balance and carry grip, not very fast.

The market favoring teams is best for competition but this is an 'MMO' and not a professional league or professional series of tiered leagues.
A player's market is supposed to be ideal here because unlike a professional league the goal is to roster every player and not necessarily to try and foster an environment of strictly the best available talent.

Except when it gets to that point, it's no different than just playing on a CPU team.
Which you can pretty much always do.

The difference is a league with league boards, the possibility of those teams being bought and properly organized, an all-star game, etc... in a CPU league you have no chance at any of that presuming you stick where you are
MAN DEATHBLADE ITS SO OBVIOUS NOW
