There are allot of coaches who are great at what they do but who is the best? I'm curious to see if their is a consensus #1 and which guys are considered elite. I may keep track of rankings in OP if enough people chime in. So discuss.

1. Paraboon (13)
2. Jampy (10)
3. Bhall (9)
4. Adderfist (7)
5. Romo (6)
6. Huntsman (6)
7. T_Diddy (5)
8. Salty Runback Crew (5)
9. Xavori (4)
10. CPU (4)
11. Everyone else who has been mentioned
12. Everyone who has not been mentioned

Disclaimer: I'm not good at counting.

In no particular order...Romo, Parab00n, Bhall, Adderfist, Peeti are among the best. Other names deserve to be up there, too, of course.

It'll be interesting to see how many "jampy" votes there are. He does have a championship after all.

My list:

Xavori: cuz duh
Romo: I had several chances to stop him last season and never came close
Sieg: His offenses continue to tear up pretty much everyone
Galithor: He was rocking the pass-first offense before it became cool
Adderfist: 4 ships as a DC in one season is going to be a tough record to beat
The Salty Runback Triumvirate: They've quietly built one of the very best teams in GLB2
bhall: I totally expect Sunday Funday to lock up the #1 overall spot before the end of this season

Romo: I had several chances to stop him last season and never came close - nah it's the dots
Sieg: His offenses continue to tear up pretty much everyone - who?
Galithor: He was rocking the pass-first offense before it became cool - see bhall43 - he hit it, he hit it, he hit it first
Adderfist: 4 ships as a DC in one season is going to be a tough record to beat
The Salty Runback Triumvirate: They've quietly built one of the very best teams in GLB2 - this one is actually conceivable
bhall: I totally expect Sunday Funday to lock up the #1 overall spot before the end of this season - just think about how good he'd be if he wasn't always drunk as hell

I agree that the reason I couldn't stop him was that his guys were much better built to run their plays than my guys were to stop them.

But, I think that's a big part of coaching. It's not just gameplans. It's getting the right players built the right way to do what you want to do. And while Romo has a definite advantage in that QC is single agent, it doesn't change the fact that he's got his guys built the right way to run his offense and run over his opponents.

That Willcoll guy is pretty good. But I've gotta mention Deos, Barret, Paraboon, and Romo.

PS3 should be on there. Maine was impressive until he stopped caring and had people coordinate his team into the ground.

I don't know that I give anyone tons of "coaching" credit for being willing to spend more money on this game than others. A team completely by 1 agent ran by even a decent coach is going to be better than a team full of different agents ran by a better coach. Especially in GLB2 where the coaching isn't close to on par with GLB1
