His skill set is meant to take full advantage of the pieces around him, not only can he buy time in the pocket but his ability to make his progressions quick make it so he will make the correct throw each time. He's got the leadership to continue pushing the team even if drops and broken up plays come lingering. Fought for top-10 spots both seasons on a run-oriented team with a S* HB and FB on the roster along with the rest of the team mainly being run support. If he can do that in a run oriented offense I can only imagine how he'd do in a balanced or even pass oriented scheme.
I'm not saying that I'll turn down offers from run-oriented teams though, his leadership helps to keep the RBs perky as well, and with his ability to buy time in the pocket and make use of what time he has he can fit in nicely with any offensive scheme.
