(t)#1 in tier Doge All Go at (t)#1 in tier The Boogie Men for the Neon League Championship, and quite possibly the Rookie Tier trophy.

Doge All Go is led by the league's offensive MVP Quarterback Jeffrey Krang and a group of talented receivers including three with over 1000 yards in league this season. The Boogie Men on the other hand are led by the league's defensive MVP and sack leader Bronco Nagurski and a powerful and dangerous early bloomer rushing attack.

The Boogie Men have been the class of Rookie Tier since day 1 this season, and have been at or near the top of the tier standings since very early on, playing an arguably much more difficult ladder schedule than Doge has, who struggled severely to win ladder games during the first 1/3 of the season. However, Doge All Go has not lost a ranked game since June 1st and have clawed their way back into legitimate contention over that time with wins over several other top-of-tier teams.

During their one regular season match-up, Doge was unable to stop or even slow down Boogie Men's running game, and they racked up nearly 500 rushing yards in a 42-13 stomp.

I have no idea if we (Doge) have improved enough to overtake the Boogie Men this time, the way the sim works, even closely matched games can turn into blowouts with a bad tactics guess, or critically timed RNG craziness, but I think it says a lot about GLB's game balance when an all-passing zone defense team can be right there at the top of tier standings with an all-run man defense team.

May the better team win.

Lol man. You can cry about cheese all day but the good teams can stop it. Offense we ran against you would probably be shut out by DAG.

Yes, stop calling plays from your playbook!

Props to your defense. You guys did great. I was just kidding around really but to be honest you use QB rollout which is a cheese play and the pussy way to run your offense at this stage in the game. But some people prefer to take the easy road. It's all good.

We use that Middle Overload on Defense and that is just as bad so i understand. Should be a good final game. Just saying i hope it's not some QB rollout fest cuz that is the gayest shit in the world.

As a DC, a team that spams rollouts is one of the easiest styles to game plan against and stop, as long as your builds on D for it. I will continue to call the plays that work best until forced to do otherwise by a team stopping it. (I dont call the O plays, but pretty sure my OC feels the same way)

You can take solace in the fact you minimize the amount of "cheese" plays you run, I'm just going for wins. if rollout and mo spam appears to give us the best chance then I'll do it without feeling guilty one bit, but that's just me!

Either way, back on topic. Less than two hours away! Hope it's a gg and that neon teams end up 1-2 in the rankings regardless of who wins the league.

I agree with mrm - use the tactics that win games. If certain plays get out of control, it's the developers job to balance, not the players.

That said, good luck Boogie Men, and great season regardless of who takes it.
