I'm looking for committed agents who want to build a solid team

My coachign record isn't so good because I came on a sucky team and was still new but have talked to many good agents and picked up good advice.

I need recruiting help and i am very active

Im looking forward to hearing from any interested potential staff members to bring to a new system.

Think of it as building a SPURS type team
