What is the process of re rolling rookies?
How is it done, when can it be done?
Does it retract skill points?
What's the whole process?
Is it better to just go from rookie to rookie. Or rookie to sophmore?

Thanks in advance

Can be done all offseason. There is a respec button. As a rookie you will get all your points back and AP points too. It gives you back an entire seasons worth of points. It doesn't re-roll your caps though. Those numbers you are stuck with.

I don't know what your last question means.

Like say I I'm on a waiting list for a sophmore team. It's an opinionated question. Trying to see if I should made the step to take my players to sophmore or let them do a full rookie season.

Respec does not reset you back to rookie level 1.

You will have all of the points that you earned from the season, but you will still be a sophomore player.

If you want to try again and be a rookie with no points or stats or anything (to fix your caps/attributes/traits most likely), you just retire and rebuild.

But I won't get full flex points back right?

If you retire? No. Only time you get all your flex back is if they don't play. If you click the retire button, you'll see the rules and how much you get back.
