The Salty Runback (14-0, Ladder Rank #1, Global Rank #29) vs. The Sacramento Hornets (11-3, Ladder Rank #15, Global Rank #81).

If I were Deos, I'd make global rank fit into my calculation of league rankings. Right now you have a game of super-elite vs very good for this first round playoff game. Salty has a 5,000 yard passer and two 1,000 yard rushers. Salty has two of the top linebackers in all of seasoned. Now their division in league play was less difficult than Sacramento -- but Salty is undefeated in league play in total. Sacramento you better be bringing a sterling game plan or catch Salty sleeping, because you are in for it. You're a tough out Sacramento, but I am calling you an out.

The Yorickshire Vase Breakers (12-2, Ladder Rank #5, Global #46) vs The Tampa Bay Rolling Thunder (9-5, Ladder Rank #18, Global Rank #89)

The Rolling Thunder have had a rough year this year. In the middle of the season, their play style faced a nerf. Their division wasn't very good. How do you keep up your will to play until the playoffs arrive under those circumstances? But now they are here, and they have their rushing attack back (and nerf partially reversed) with two HBs over a 1,000 yards and one QB over two thousand yards rushing. They haven't lost in 12 days. But they haven't beaten the Vase Breakers in league play -- ever. Not in Season 3. Not in Season 4. And they are 40 ranks below Team Yorick on the ladder. Has Yorickshire been focusing too much on pass defense all season? We'll find out. But my call is: Tampa will be scrimmaging Sacramento for third place in Eris, unless the Vasebreakers bumble it.

I'm completely capable of bumbling it

and yeah this year has seen so much passing that we are going to have to seriously on our toes for this one

and tough way to end the season to the Beasts - they had 2-3 rough weeks there and fell from first in the division to having to get some extra golf time in during the off-season

-_______- So I come up with this "genius" gameplan against Tampa to run a QB scramble-only offense against them and probably thrash them.

They smoke us and knock us out.

Every single year my Tigers are stuck at .500 with a great roster. We're the Dallas Cowboys of GLB2.

You don't understand how I was going to have an awesome joke about how the Jacksonville Tigers have finally distinguished themselves from the Lakeville Tigers...but alas NO ; )

Haha. We're plagued by our Florida brothers. We need to get them next year.

fun league this year but man it was tough. We came on strong late but a little too late. Compton looks forward to battling some of you again next season!

You caught us off guard but it didn't seem to matter too much. What is Da Hoff's sprinting/quickness? I felt bad when I saw negative net yards. XD

GG Vasebreakers. Good season too. GL against Salty...

I should have gone with my original inside rush gameplan with the GL OT weak rush...but I got scurred last minute and fell into the warm but untrustworthy arms of the GLQB rollout. GLOTW looks to get solid yards off of Cat 2 blitz....and 3 Man Deep Up isnt as good of a outside pass defense as I'd hoped. Oh well...gg you guys. We'll get you next year!

...Runs off to put a coaching ad in the TLFP forum
