HOLY GUACAMOLE! has made a bold and unprecedented move by shipping Super star running back Dante Gale to the 1995 Nebraska Cornhuskers. Upon arrival Gale has signed a 2 year contract worth in the area of 1.83 million dollars. We asked Owner of the Huskers what would bring on such a bold move with an already talent loaded backfield lead by Ahman Green and Damen Benning. Vipermaw82's response was very direct and forthcoming, "We were approached by Gales agent (Kwill-bot) about an opportunity for him to join the squad next season and after discussing this rare opportunity with the other coaches on the staff and with Gale's agent we figured why wait? Just like that negotiations were underway. We did have to move some guys around to make room for Gale but we feel it was better for the team." Kwill-bot was noted for keeping things very real with saying "I just want to see him play" and "Happy to be part of the team".
What kind of moves did Nebraska have to make for such a crazy and expensive move? Lets start with the pay cuts, Quarterback T. Tommie Frazier has been sent to the Sophomore squad known as Newport Beach Nemesis, where he will be given a stronger role with the team where perhaps he can regain his form of last season piling p rushing number over 1500 yards on the ground. Newport has won 6 of their last 8 and 4 of their last 4 league games to be in a tight playoff race.
The Lincoln City Red Imps another team GM'd by Vipermaw82 were brought into the mix as well with what may, or may not have been in a flex point scandle that lead to the trade of Power running back Imani Cross to HOLY GUACAMOLE! for the remainder of the season. Rumor speculates that Cross has shown interest in wanting to join the Stunners next season if they are interested in his services. he currenly plays for a pass first team but has managed 5.2 yards on 192 carries up until this point for a 5.2 average. In league games this year cross managed out 8.6 ypc causing a lane of destruction in his path the few times he got the rock per game. With HOLY GUACAMOLE! still in the playoff race he is a solid fit to the Guac Squad.
