yeah ghana had alot of chances...but the usa had control of the game until altidore went down..they still regrouped after losing another to injury and dempsey getting his nose busted open to win the game...this coming from the squad that everyone was saying was to young and to inexperienced...it might be luck..but it might just as much be that ghana couldnt step up and the youngsters did...they showed the composure..

This is very true that a win like this can strengthen this team and give it confidence to get through this group.
