#1 Run GLB vs #2 The Boogie Men
These two teams have already developed quite a rivalry. This will be their 5th time squaring off this season. They have a combined 6 losses and 4 of them have came against each other. Both teams feature great running offenses and solid defense. In the previous 2 games between these teams, the scores were really low, so it seems they know how to slow down each others offenses. I'm going to pick the Boogie Men to squeak this one out. The Boogie Men win 10-7

#3 C O N V I C T E D
vs #8 Denver Nightmares
Convicted has been hanging around the top of the ladder all season. They snuck past New Jersey in their last ladder game behind the power of their defense, which has been pretty good this season. Denver has really turned things around after starting the season 6-5, they have won 9 of 10. They won their last top 10 matchup against the Cat Herders and look to climb even further. The one thing that would cause me to pick Denver in this game is to look back at how Convicted fared against another passing team in Dublin. In that game they gave up 45 points. Denver runs the ball a lot more than Dublin though and I don't think they have quite the prolific passing attack that Dublin does. Convicted wins 17-7

#4 I've Never Had Sex
vs #7 Dublin Wolfhounds
This game will be a matchup of opposite types of attacks. The Virgins are pure passing and Dublin is pure running. This is their first time facing each other this season. I'm slightly more impressed with the virgins defense though.
I've Never Had Sex wins 24-14

#4 Doinitin Djibouti 2.0 vs #5 Syndicate Bayou Bengals
DD2.0 gave up a combined 6 points in their last 3 ladder games against quality competition. Their defense is top notch. Syndicate has been really good lately outside of their last ladder game against the virgins. I expect DD2.0 to shut them down and score just enough like they usually do. DD2.0 wins 10-3

#8 Doge All Go
vs #14 Syndicate Legion
Doge All Go finds themselves in the top 10 for the first time and I expect them to stay. Their passing attack behind QB Jeffrey Krang is probably the best across all rookie leagues. They are currently riding a 9 game winning streak and during that streak they have put up some big offensive numbers. The only thing that may hold them back going forward is their defense. The Syndicate Legion has a heavy pass offense too, but they will mix in the run. These two teams just played each other in their last ladder game and Doge All Go won that one 27-14. I expect a similar result in this one. Doge All Go wins 34-20

#10 El Paso Chihuahuas
vs #88 Journeyman Team
El Paso continues to get screwed over. This is their 3rd game against a team that is in a higher tier. They played this journeyman team once already earlier this season and got beat 58-0. This Journeyman team, the Osprey Orphans are the worst. They are 0-11 in their league and 9-1 in their ladder matches. 8 of their 9 wins have came against rookie and sophomore teams. Such a shame the current system allows this. El Paso loses 7-54

Nice write up. We have had 4 scrimmage games, and it's 4-0 to the virgins . Damn MO is no good against outside runs .

Doge All Go has my Legion's number, hate that I have to play them again

Good write up Rob.

DD2...what kind of defense are you gonna run? I set my offense this morning and am not touching it again. I'm tired of second guessing myself with game plans.

Am I the only one who is disappointed the "Doge All Go" write up isn't something like "much passing. wow such offense. very winning"?

GG, looks like we may finally have found some offense.

GG...must be nice for your WRs to actually catch the ball when it hits them in the hands. I don't understand this game. My guys cannot catch shit in the 1st half. Then in the 2nd half when I am down 24 points, my guys start catching everything. You got off to a quick start and it was all downhill from there for us.

I wasn't happy when I saw your throw the ball out of 4 WR set. Last game your ran up the middle every time out of 4 WR set, then you throw every time out of 4 WR against me.

We are in transition right now anyway as our D-Coordinator went AWOL a couple of weeks ago and he has a S* LB on our team who hasn't spent any SPs in those weeks obviously. We have a new D-Coordinator who is trying some things out but he has a proven track record of being a good D-Coordinator.

I don't care about the ladder this season...we still have work to do. I just want to get a league championship. We will probably play New Jersey Surge in the championship game.

To me, you are the toughest team to gameplan for because your team doesn't have any weaknesses. All the other top teams have a weakness somewhere.

GG Virgins. You timed your sack well, to put me outside FG range at the end of the game
