Forget if anyone every answered this early on in the game, but do SAs stack on attributes over the 100 mark?

ex) I have 3* Opportunist that gives +10 strip technique, and 100 strip technique.

When that fires am I then playing with 110 strip technique essentially?

Bort and the Bort coding team have never answered the question.

I'm going to assume yes, but there is a legitimate argument that there is a hardcoded cap on the rolls.

lolz if they coded to 2 digits

ie 99 is better than 10 or even 01 for 101.

LETS HOPE NOT THE CASE!

pretty sure it's based on a roll the +10 is added on after you make your roll so lets say you can roll from 1 up to 100 (being your max) this is further modified by other rolls that may lower your chances (opposing players carry grip for example) and at some point in this mess of rolls you get a +10 for the SA firing added to the final result. Now we really don't know if that +10 is able to increase your max cap for your roll I think the best possible result is still the best possible result all your SA does is give you the potential to reach the best result more often (or get closer to it).... am i rambling or is this making any sense lol?

Problem is, what would that mean with speed/quickness, skills that don't really have to do with rolls.

those kind of skills I could see going over 100 with SA boosts since they are just an "x" effect, although again Bort might have capped max speed no matter what your SA's boost it to.

Uhm, First Step doesnt increase Sprinting or end speed in any way, so why should this verify anything?

OK, end speed yes. But only via a dircet percentage thing. It doesnt increase the attribute "Sprinting" by a number, therefore it doesnt tell us if getting sprinting over 100 actually makes a different or not.

Sprinting is the only true speed attribute so it has to effect sprinting. As well as quickness.

No shit...but its still increasing the outcome speed by a certain percentage (which is also influenced by weight, condi etc...). Not the fckin real attribute "sprinting". I dunno if you 2 didnt read the title of this thread, but I am only arguing about that

Max speed is only changed by sprinting.
