I renewed my team a few days ago but today I decided at seasons end im going to buy a team in rookie and start all over. But it only allows me to own one team. So how do I sell back my team at the end of the season?

There will be an option to simply demote your current team back down to rookie. This checkbox appears towards the end of the season.
