I wasnt sure what the exact cut off date is as to when you cant build anymore new players to count towards your SS players. I figured it was right around the half way point...but is it halfway through the entire season, or just the regular season?

I don't think so. Pretty sure when you use the "catchup" option, you'll get the S* point.

I wasn't sure about this. The only position that really matters is QB since I think all other players can still get on CPU teams.

I have a HB on a CPU team.He plays a lot of QB as we dont have any on the team.
