Only in the sense that:

Low limits your chem at 50

High gets you chem faster and gets you +25 heart

Mid - nothing

Pretty sure that's all it does

Unless you're talking high and low contracts which have implications for chemistry and Heart bonuses

With no superstars it allows you to give about 35-45% of your roster high contracts.
