i`m new to casual and wanted to ask more experienced users if there`s a possibility to play 4th down regularly?

incorrect sir, but you cannot do it over the entire field (which is good), only inside your opponents 30 yard line
Casual AI will never punt inside the 30 yard line (47 yard FG attempt). If you want to go for it on 4th down, you need to lower your FG limit. If you are inside the 30 yard line, but out of your selected FG range, you will always go for it on 4th down in Casual no matter the distance.

Well he said regularly, so I assumed that didnt mean only in specific circumstances. Someone who has been playing regular will naturally want to go for it on 4th and short all over the field.
Also, while you can do what you are suggesting inside the 30, it is not really a practical idea at this level. Edit, I see he has a rookie team so that may actually be of use.
