Currently owners can't tweak playbooks or tactics that the OC or DC has made. This is sometimes very frustrating when I see a tiny thing I want to tweak and test out in a scrimmage, but the OC/DC isn't online.

An infinitely better way to handle this is to allow OC/DC to create copies that can be transferred to other players. That leaves it in control of the OC/DC which in turn makes them less hesitant about joining teams where otherwise their playbooks could just be stolen.

Maybe create a separate list of saved strategies for teams, and throw a checkbox when you make one if you'd like to also save a copy to X team's strategies. That way you can make it once, keep a copy in your own, but have a copy on the team's strategies that the owner/other coaches can look at/tweak as needed.

I like this idea a lot. Either way I think this should be implemented.

No matter what the mechanic is, there needs to be SOME way added for people to share tactics. It's how a lot of people learned to coordinate in ye olden GLB1 days - an established OC/DC would give a tactic set, we'd tweak it to our own. I'd like to be able to do the same.

If i coach for multiple teams I don't want owners or anyone for that matter to have the ability to snoop on my playbook/tactics it seems like a conflict of interest when both teams play each other for example. Some things are better off left private to the individual.

Well maybe have it to where you only share your tactics and playbooks if you want to, and not just have them freely available?

you should be able to share your playbooks/tactics how you currently share you player attributes, and the option should be available for every one of your tactics/playbooks.
have a share with and/or view for all friends, owner, GM, everyone, hide from all, team or maybe even have the option to open to selected agents
anyway it happens there should be the ability to share so that others can learn if someone is willing to assist them in how they do something
