Da Borg vs LaPaz - Can LaPaz turn the corner this year and win the close games? How good is new Adams addition Da Borg? On paper Da Borg has the advantage (lolbars) - I look forward to watching this one.

Holy vs Canton - second season same as the first season - I assume Holy walks all over Canton in a blow out

EEA - are their builds getting rounded out? Will their new passing scheme work? I'm looking forward to finding out!

Minnesota vs Redmonds - Reds is still 90% CPU. I'm not going to lie...I'm relieved to have what would appear to be an easier game to kick off the season.

Nebraska vs Gangsta - two very focused rosters. One experienced....one brand spanking new. One with chemistry in the 80s....one with chem at zero. We'll at least get a peak at the new teams ability to stop the run!

Winnipeg vs Montreal -- Winnipeg should start off season 4 at 1-0...unless Montreal has figured a lot of stuff out in the last 4 days....

I went ahead and place some high expectation on DA BORG !
LaPaz Challengers are the perfect match-up to see if Borg are the real deal or as fake as a lesbian who wears a strap-on.
The Alpha division look like Oversize Tomb Stone. I guess that makes Adam League the grave yard. How many souls will be sold just to win Gold here???


Talk about Championship Hungover. Canton squeak by with a ring their first season and been sucking every since. Please allow Holy to properly introduce themselves. I have 2 words for you- "Dante Gale" .....I'll give you a minute to chew on that for a bit.
Guacamole style of play runs cowards out of GLB on a weekly basis.


Eastern European Alliance a.k.a Death from above will rain down all over LUELinks LUEshis. QB Ernest P. Worrell will lead the league in passing yards and TD's and will be one of the many front runners for the MVP race. While the coordinators may not give a shit. The Players on EEA always show up with their A+ game.


Stunners the most dangerous Dynasty in GLB get a cake game to open the season. We have this game gift wrap- "Bow and a Ribbon". I was praying so bad to the GLB Gods that we can draw EEA, but we'll see them next week. Kiss kiss/ No-Homo.


My advice to Gangsta - Bring your own bottle of lube because Nebraska wont even spit on it before they go all in. So selfish imo. The Cornhuskers should be charging you extra flex for the spectacle that will take place as I assure that YOU WILL BE an awe and more likely calling vipermaw82 "Daddy" from that day forward or rage quit on day 1.


Battle of Canada
Winnipeg Wrath vs Montreal Blue Knights. This is one of the games I am looking forward to watching. QB Straight Cash Homie can be a problem for any team given time in the pocket and can be a frustrating team to play when they want to- Trust me I know. The Blue Knights odds of pulling an upset is as likely as a killer asteroid hitting earth in my lifetime.

I think I still have my boosts though.

Question is are we going to see the same basic stuff work like last season or are build and sim tweaks going to open up any new possibilities? We should know soon enough.

I think after a few league/ladder games, we'll know whats best in the current sim. I know my teams are running last seasons stuff to see what works and what doesn't.

Borg La Paz looks like the only game in question for week 1.

The rest should be snoozers.

Wow - Leu vs. EEA much closer than expected.

Da Borg vs LaPaz: Welcome to the league BORG. LaPaz wins 28-17 on the feet of QB Peter Venkman who ran 22 times for 226 yards. All 4 LaPaz touchdowns come courtesy of the ole Goal Line offense.

Borg might have done better if they modified their goal line defensive playbook a bit...looks like you've got some homework for today. Borg passing attack was pretty bad - 46% completion...hurried 11 times....sacked 5. If they get their QB just a little more time...and fix their goal line D - this will be a good team.

Holy Guacamole hangs 70 points on Canton. No real surprise there. 4 of guac's TDs come on the ole goalline pitch play. For any of you teams struggling (and to see if anyone is actually reading) - stop running actual goal line defenses against goal line formations...that doesn't work.

EEA wins on an over time field goal with 7 minutes to go in OT. Almost a tie! They chucked the ball 51 times to get it done -- the running game was not working.

Minnesota vs Redmond 98-0 - new team in the league - and quite possibly the most incompetent coach I've ever seen! (him not me). He has 3 kickers on the roster...but his QB kicks off. He has a punter....but his 3 QB's take turns punting just for fun. Stunners had a bunch of TD's out of goal line formation too.

Now I have starting point for where to go from here facing one of the toughest teams in this Adams league early. I just woke up and just read this forum but have not looked at the tape, but have an idea. No shame in losing by 21 to the #3 team in ladder with this brand new team.

Like I stated in another post, I do not expect much from this team this season, but I hope to be competitive and much better than a CPU to give others something to worry about!

i was actually scared about this game you can ask Steve, i hate playing teams that have no history as i have nothing to go off of. When your chemistry gets up there you will have a real shot. GG
