Got 5 out of 7 last week so lets see who's playing this week.

1. Doinitin Djibouti (Wolf) host 5. Tampa Piranhas (Osprey)

DD probably already have the number 1 ladder spot wrapped up as a very strong ladder season by them has probably moved them several games worth of rating points ahead of Maine. That being said they'll be looking to finish on a high before looking towards S4. Tampa still hung over from their Osprey league championship won't be able to keep up with DDs backfield; DD take a relatively easy win.

2. Maine Snails (Cobra) host 10. Jebediahs Oblong Ball Club (Rhino)

Oh man just saw Jebs championship loss, what a game and a tough loss! Maine take this, jebs ded this time.

3. Sunday Funday (Eagle) host 7. OG GLB (Rhino)

2 of GLBs top passing attacks face off in the deciding match for their S3 games. Currently sitting at 1 a piece it's interesting to note that their games so far have not been the shoot outs you would expect with the defenses coming up big with sacks and turnovers. Expect turnovers to play a big part again and OG to take this one.

4. New Jersey Generals (Cheetah) host 8. Providence Radicals (Rhino)

Providence struggled against the Generals ground game the last time these two teams matched up with NJ winning by a significant margin. Imo NJ are probably the biggest contenders to DDs ladder title in S4 as they have a 26-2 record against teams not named Doinitin Djibouti; they figure out that match up and the ladder is theirs for the taking. NJ get it done on the ground again potentially moving in to the top 3 with a win to end the season.

6. Queen City Brewmasters (Gorilla) host 9. Murder City Devils (Cobra)

Not many teams have found a way to run on the Devils (DD and Oklahoma Outlaws did) so an interesting match up here between Murder's defense and QCBs ground game. 500 yards last ladder game fom QCB will be tough to repeat here; going to give Murder the edge.

League Representation

Rhino tops the chart this week. With no games against teams outside the top 10 Cougar swings all the way down to 0.

Rhino - 3
Cobra - 2
Wolf - 1
Eagle - 1
Gorilla - 1
Cheetah - 1
Osprey - 1
Tiger - 0
Komodo - 0
Piranha - 0
Cougar - 0

Just for notesies:
Murder City has the #2 and #3 HBs in the game.
Queen City has the #1 and #5 HBs in the game.

You can't get a better showcase of the top RBs in the game.

Fck...forgot to Load tactics and got smashed^^

But what I dont get is the following...I only have one Single Offense DC and normally i Load it in for the Game....didnt do that as well ofc today and suddenly an OT played at TE Position

Shouldnt it just put in my One and only DC? Used that DC the whole Season and the OT Never played at TE so far.

Damn, how bad is your default tactics? That was a mauling. First time I've heard of your opponent too, looks like he has had a pretty good season.

Just checked...the Defense is pretty funny. My very, very first Defense Playbook calles "Balanced 4-Man front". It is the preset "Balanced" playbook and I deleted all plays with only 3 linemen there. But there are dozens of plays in with man as well as Zone plays^^ So no wonder why that didnt work outThe Defense Tactic is the preset "Balanced" as well...

For the Offense it is my Season 1 Championship Game tactics...relies only on the GL HB pitch. Also pure TE Passing Plays in there which is great with blocking only TEs I got since Season 2

I normally always put in tactics...(only the second time I forgot it this season)

Oh well...I culd care less but what really drives me nuts is that I actually did gameplan -.- could have done sth better at that time.

Still dont know why the OT played TE

Check your goal line depth chart. Putting an OT in as a BTE makes perfect sense, but if you run any 2 TE's sets, it's possible for the OT to get put in their and go out for passes.

It's the downside of the kludge Bort or Corndog put in place to prevent people from having a passing QB for normal stuff, and a running QB for goal line. (and it really plays havoc on defense where you can't move your best LB blitzers inside or outside depending on formation because doing so open you up to that LB being available to the sim to use in the depth chart at that particular LB slot no matter the formation)

DD found a way to run on us - the Outlaws found us with a mismatched AI/tactics set

Nice write up.
