im not sure how hard this would be to code, but it would help teams control PT better if there was a way to choose to substitute by fatigue or rotation
with fatigue settings frequently could be at 60 energy, sometimes at 30 and infrequently when the player is out of energy
with rotation frequently would strive for a 50/50 split in plays, sometimes would be 66/33 and infrequently would be 75/25
i think this would help teams keep more of their agents happy and improve the game experience for everyone
