So at least the end of the season...but I need to get him to run some scripts and upload code for the all star game here in a few days so maybe I can get him to do it then.

Woot, woot!

Curious how much my dots overload the all-star game and break the system in Gorilla. Hell, I've got blocking WRs in the global top 100 for WRs, lol.

I'm assuming pancakes are the large component for o-line and such. Last I checked I had all the dots in the top 10 for pancakes in Gorilla. My leading guy literally has double what the guy in 11th has.

I think I could have dots at every position except QB/LB/CB/FS/SS. Everything else could be occupied by my dots.

It's the ever-raging debate between content and bug fixing!

The code is already in place.

How is coaching going to be handled, cuz I think that's gonna be important.

For example, the top HOF rookie QB is a running QB who has attempted exactly 1 pass this season. I have a tough time believe Bort and/or Corndog are going to take the time to write code that does a position by position analysis and devises a playbook that is optimal for showing off the skills of the selected all-stars.

And beyond coaching...

What about the poor WR's selected to play alongside that QB? How do they get to show off their skills as receivers if the QB beyond sucks at passing the ball?

Methinks this game will be a collection of train wrecks. Should be fun

Pro Bowls are never about pitting the best possible teams against one another.

You'll get the same basic AI that you get in pickup games most likely.

Agreed. But Pro Bowls don't flat out put together teams that cannot possibly work.

A running-only QB on a non-running-only built team is the aforementioned train wreck. Or what about a pure-pass rush LB being stuck in coverage for an entire game?

And an all-star game that excludes them even if they're the best rated QB or LB isn't really an all-star game.

side note: this is one of the very few times I'll ever make criticisms without having any idea of how to fix them. I just don't think it's possible.

maybe ask the #1 and #2 ladder teams of that tier if they have a coach that wants to game plan for that game, then move down if one doesn't, but I think the top tier coaches would jump on it. Offer a trophy deal like "All-Star Coach"

So Parab00n would have to come up with a passing offense?

That would be lulz for a whole new set of reasons

It will be fun pretty much purely for the "All Pro" trophy and for the "All Pro MVP" that players should get

And hey, I have the #4 rookie QB, so I'm prolly in the running for it, but no way on earth would I expect him to lead a team of other all-stars in anything but a complete mess of an offense

CPU coaches would be the best idea.
