I thought this was a skill that would prevent punters from fumbling the snap.

As a test - I've got a punter playing who hasn't put a single point into it (standing now at 12)
To be safe - I also haven't put any points in any other punting skills.

So far - he's punted something like 190 times. How many times has he fumbled? 1.

What the heck? My other punter -- who I poured every single point into punt hands for the first half+ of the season also has fumbled 1 time!

Am I seeing this wrong? I expected a guy with zero in punt hands to be fumbling a higher than .5% time of snaps

I'm really starting to think that most of these attributes actually do nothing in this game.

fumbling snaps has more to do with chemistry than punt hands IMO. Once my punter last season was over 50%ish chemistry, he stopped fumbling punt snaps (he hasn't now in a season+)... I averaged almost one a game when his chemistry was under 15

But Punt hands also has another effect that we are told.... I think you should focus on that one, instead of the fumbling snaps which has been nerfed to the ground p much.
