Quick Predictions- been busy of late…. Will do better next week, but did not want to go two straight weeks without posting some input.
EEA v. Valletta Vampires
Valletta is filling out its roster, and will be more competitive when the division schedules picks up. This game is still too soon for them as EEA rolls on in this one.
EEA 37 –Vampires 0
Band of Brothers v. Eugene
Both of these teams are struggling. Band of Brothers are just a little bit more. The home field will keep this one close, and in a high scoring output for both teams, Eugene will win it.
Band of Brothers 14- Eugene 17
Minnesota v. Canton
This game will not be close after the 2nd quarter. Minnesota will pull away in the second half in this one.
Minnesota 28- Canton 0
SDF v. LaPaz
The only thing to slow the SDF offense down will be the ball control style of LaPaz. This is a must win game for SDF to keep ahead of the Huskers. It will be ugly, as most LaPaz games are, but SDF will pull this one out.
SDF 31- LaPaz 3
*Game of the Week*
1995 Huskers v. The Guac!!
This is a more important game for the Huskers than the Guacamole. They still have a chance to win the division and look forwards to another meeting with SDF. Holy Guacamole is just looking to improve their playoff position. Both these teams will focus their work on the ground. I give the slight edge to the Huskers in this one in a game which could go either way. Just to make it a bit more interesting…
Husker 14- Guacamole 13
The Guacamole will lose by a missed FG or Extra Point
MCFS v. Montreal
This game is a must win for both teams. The Shrooms face a Montreal team who has not won on the road since the first game of the season. Meanwhile, the Shrooms have only won one game at home this season. They both just happen to be against the same team. This will be a lower scoring game in which the Shrooms pull out late with physical play.
Shrooms 21- Blue Knights 10
