since its the first time my Team is playing a Top 10 Team, I will give you some write ups. Remember, Im german and my English sucks even tho im working with nearly only brits. In case you are confused, the date in the title is in the german form, live with it fckers!


DD vs Maine

Bah, I could tell you sth about the 2 best teams of GLB, but why would I waste time with it? This Game was already decided 2 days ago. Why? Take a closer look at DD last Season...They went undefeated until Game 14, where they finally lost. They did win Game 15, but then again lost in Game 16. It has been the same story for 15 Games now, why should it change? Sorry Para, talent is nothing vs destiny.

Maine wins 17-14.

Generals vs Queen City

OK, who the fck are the Generals? Did they even play in Season 1 or 2? I dunno where they came from, but damn, this team is scary. Only losing twice to DD this season, they overcome nearly every known teams from Season 1 and 2. Queen City is a nice gimmick team, but vy real competition they struggle hard. Dont get me wrong, their blocking Squad is from a different Planet, but 2 medicore HBs vs the hottest Team of GLB? C'mon...Not even close.

Generals win 32-10

Radicals vs Tampa

This Time we have 2 Teams facing each other, that I dont really know much about. This can only mean they havent played a big role for the first 2 Seasons. Larrsen builds great dots, but despite a Medicore OC, the Staff just wont be enough to overcome the collection of some of the greatest Coordinators in the Game. Even tho the Radicals re in the hardest Division of GLB, they still come up with great numbers about their Offense and Defense in Mid season. Thats just too much to handle...

Radicals win 24-7

Funday vs OG

Haha. I think we all know already that the Top 10 Games are not generated by some kind of algorithm but by a bunch of 3 drunk Nerds named Bort, DD and Corndog. This time they are bugging Homage and I love it. Sunday Funday has always been known for beeing the best Passing team in the Game, but thats just not true anymore. OG is also in the mentioned Division of the Radicals and still their Passing Numbers are better than SF's. This is the Game of the Top 2 QBs, which makes it the Game of the Week IMO (again). I doubt bhall will be calling the plays for SF this time and without that, Homage is ded.

OG wins 39-34.

Seahawks vs Erkner

OK, this Game is the whole reason you guys have to read this crap. I dunny why, but in my head Seattle is still one of the best teams in GLB, prolly because of all that hype they got in the first season. Looing at the Ranks, the Seahawks got the easiest draw of all Top 10 teams and the numbers dont lie. Erkner has one of the Stronger Run Games in Seasoned GLB, but Seattle comes up with a good balanced Offense. Balanced > Rush Only, but looking at the Defense, Erkner could have an advantage here. Even tho Erkner had never been tested by the Top 10 before, I call the upset.

Erkner wins 17-14.

Jebediah vs MEM

Jebediah is the Team that managed to beat DD, which is why I love you guys even tho I dont believe you will be able to stay in the Top 10 for long. avgbrad is weird dude, but he seems to be able to make the best out of his crappy toons. MEM has the more balanced Offense but the medicore Passing Game of Jebediah will be enough to beat overrated MEM.

Jebediah wins 31-10.

I dunno if OG is a better passing team than SF but they definitely have a really good WR.

also i have serious doubts the scheduling system is random based on this seasons events. sorry but random doesn't schedule everyone several ladder games in a row.

If it didn't schedule OG and SF multiple times it would be more proof that it is random than scheduling them multiple times is.

That also sounded a lot better in my head than it reads.

I'm about 4-5 shots of moonshine into coding, so...there ya have it.

You know it isn't random. We have faced TT several times, DD several times, and now OG twice in a row. When you run a string of 20 possible teams to face each time and come up with the same teams over and over for several games, that isn't "random". I mean I wish I was that lucky of a dice shaker but lets be real, that isn't random.

You can try and fool all the girls in the yard, but the milk's gone bad.

It's also not really a selection of 20 possible teams.

It's closer to 10, and there's a whole lot of weighting on probability and stuff since you're in the possible teams for the teams above you above you and they have nothing above them and...numbers.

But yes, the top 10 are more likely to play other teams in the top 10 than they are teams outside of the top 10.

I mean, hell, it uses a perl built in module to shuffle teams before selecting one.
