Actually the team has some CPU dots..maybe some accounts got banned.

So the thread was locked by a moderator, who only has power on the forums. Meanwhile, it's Saturday - it's quite possible that admins are enjoying their weekend and taking a day off. Maybe don't throw a fit if the game takes a day or two (on a weekend) to investigate before banning a semi-paying customer?
