I ask because in my rookie team's game today, we beat the hell out of their QB (zone defense ftw!) for almost three full quarters. But not long after we had a 28 point lead, that QB with almost no morale or stamina suddenly turned into Zorp's Yukiko and marched his team down the field that ended with a diving catch in the endzone.
This isn't the first time I've noticed that teams seem to get a boost based on score. Now, it's not enough to make a CPU or inactive team suddenly dangerous, but it is enough to 'fix' a good team that just happens to be losing badly.
I'm curious if anyone else has noticed the same thing, or is this just too small a sample size or confirmation bias on my part?
