I own a rookie team. At the end of the year when I renew will the team still be a rookie team or will they change into a sophomore team? Probably a stupid question but I would assume if you build a rookie team the game would want you to keep them together so the team would then be a sophomore team or something like that so all the players could stay on the team, but I could be off base. Let me know.

You are correct. Your team will become sophomore along with all the players.

on your team page, around playoff time, there will be an option if you want to stay in rookie
